Cheap All-Round USB Mouse

I was searching for a cheap all-round mouse lately and found a relatively good mouse for just £3.65 (around 5,70 US dollars or 4,30 euro).

The Sweex MI061 USB Mouse is a stylish plug and play mouse for an affordable price.

The mouse has a ergonomic stylish all black design, which I think looks quite good in combination with a black keyboard.

The mouse is wired by the means of a 1,52 meter USB cable which after slotted in your computers USB slot should work directly (on Microsoft® Windows® XP, Windows Vista® , Windows® 7, Windows® 8 or MAC® OSX™).

In general I am more fond of such so called plug and play mouses because wireless mouses tend to need batteries or recharges now and than, which is something you don’t want to think about when doing your daily tasks on the computer.

Aside that wired mouses have faster response times than wireless mouses, simply because they don’t need to send a signal back and forth. Not to forget is taking into account that wired mouses are in general also a whole lot cheaper. This is one of the reasons why I prefer mouses like the Sweex MI061.

The MI061 mouse has a sensitivity of 1000 dots per inch (DPI) meaning it should work smoothly on screens up to 1680 x 1050px. If you have a much larger screen it is advisable to search for a mouse with a higher DPI, which in general adds to the more precise pointing of objects on larger screens.

On Amazon.co.uk the Sweex MI061 USB mouse sells for £3.65 (around 5,70 US dollars or 4,30 euro).
